In synthesizing a number of treatment approaches, SCMH staff not only work with clients in building appropriate skills, attitudes and experiences within the home, school and community, but we have a strong focus on building positive relations among these systems and changing patterns of interactions. This then guides us to our ultimate goal of generalizing positive program outcomes into all environments in which the client will engage, including home, school, work, and the community. |
